Archives for April 2009

In this evenings performance, the part of Q will be played by Shady.

Like a bullet from a gun, Q set off into the world in search of entertainment, sadly forgetting our little niche of entertainment happens at the same time he was on a plane. Hey, c’est la vie, right? Q will be back next week and Shady did a fine job in the Co-Host seat (Thanks again, Shady). If you missed it, all is not lost. Click that little arrow below.

Don’t forget to vote in the poll, convieniently located just one post south of this one!

Loyal listeners!

On this evening’s show we talked about local Italian bistro, Paravicini’s (the food). We went on to discuss a new TV show on NBC, Parks and Recreation and a couple movies; The Wrestler and Observe and Report (the fun).  During the show we had a laugh with a live poll and we even had a listener call in to join the conversation (the friends).

Be sure to cast your vote in our online poll in the post just below this one.

Here’s this evening’s show, in case you missed it. See ya next time!

dateline april 16…

Hey gang, thanks for stopping by!

On tonight’s show (posted below just for you), we got to hang out with our bud, Shady. If you’ve missed Shady on previous shows, he’s our biker, artist, trivia-man, and it’s always a good time when he’s around. You can check out his sites, Eagle Eye Creative and American Throttle.

This evening he weighed in on The Spirit, Frank Miller’s film adaptation of Will Eisner’s 1940s newspaper-supplement comic book series. He also hung out and took a couple jabs at Q while we talked about Jim Carrey in Yes Man and Keanu Reeves in The Day The Earth Stood Still.

We tried a live, on-air poll with our Ustreamers based on Yes Man and had a little fun with that, too. Thanks for participating, guys! We’ll probably do something like that again next week, so listen in. Speaking of polls, look one post down and chime in on actors of today vs actors of days gone by (40 years worth of days, to be exact).

Well, that’s it from Colorful Colorado! Remember, if you have anything to suggest for review or if you just wanna get something off your chest: Hey You Guys at EftRoU dot com is the best place to do it!

See ya next time!
